Role Overview :
As a Data Visualization Consultant, you will design and develop high-impact visual analytics solutions for global Life Sciences clients. You will bridge the gap between complex data engineering and business decision-making by creating intuitive dashboards that track commercial performance and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Design : Lead the end-to-end development of interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik, ensuring best practices in UI/UX and data storytelling.
- Data Synthesis : Work with large-scale pharmaceutical datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, Claims, CRM) to extract, transform, and visualize key business metrics.
- Client Advisory : Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business requirements into technical visualization specifications.
- Optimization : Fine-tune dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy across various reporting layers.
- Project Leadership : Manage delivery timelines for multiple visualization workstreams and provide guidance to junior developers.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Visualization Tools : Expert-level proficiency in Tableau or Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
- Data Management : Strong SQL skills for data extraction and preparation.
- Programming : Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data processing is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge : Proven experience in the Pharma/Healthcare industry, specifically within commercial analytics or sales force reporting.
- Education : Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
