  • Design and implement scalable data architectures, advanced ETL/ELT frameworks, and automation tools to improve migration efficiency and reliability

  • Drive technical excellence by mentoring engineering teams, setting architectural standards, and guiding complex technical decision-making

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams to define migration rules aligned with Roche's enterprise architecture and compliance requirements

  • Ensure data infrastructure and migration platforms remain secure, resilient, scalable, and compliant with applicable standards including GxP where required

  • Oversee system ownership and lifecycle management of data migration platforms, tools, and related operational processes

  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align migration strategies with organizational priorities and business objectives

  • Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud data platforms, and advanced ETL/ELT patterns, with the ability to architect scalable data warehouses and data lakes

  • Strong understanding of enterprise system interoperability, including platforms such as Veeva, SAP, ServiceNow, and related ecosystems

  • Proven experience leading high-impact data migration or transformation projects with strong focus on governance, security, and operational resilience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions across cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership on data strategy and execution
