Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Testing Lead to oversee and ensure the accuracy, quality, and reliability of our data systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data testing concepts, frameworks, and automation, along with strong leadership skills to guide the team toward successful project outcomes

• Lead end-to-end data testing efforts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across databases, ETL pipelines, and reporting systems.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and frameworks tailored to business needs.
• Manage a team of testers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Perform hands-on testing, including writing complex database queries and validating data transformations.
• Design and maintain automated testing scripts and utilities for data validation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive resolutions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, industry standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and report testing progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data testing and quality assurance.
• Should have excellent skills in data testing concepts .
• Having strong experience in data testing automation tools or utilities.
• Strong in DB queries is a must.
• Should be having hands on experience in test planning and approach.
• Well versed with Testing concepts.
• Should have good understanding of Framework Component design Techniques.
• Good communication skill & leadership skill to drive the team.
