Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to own and drive the end-to-end
quality assurance strategy for this high-stakes data migration project. 8+
years of overall QA/Testing experience, with at least 3 years in a Test Lead
role. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of banking domain expertise,
data testing proficiency. Good to have hands-on experience with API and UI
testing. The Test Lead will be responsible for ensuring data completeness,
accuracy, and business rule compliance from source to target, and for certifying that the target
application functions correctly post-migration.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on familiarity with core banking concepts and terminologies
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation,
and anomaly detection
- Knowledge of Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and ability
to-validate data quality at each layer
- Experience with large-scale data migration projects in banking or
financial services
- Experience in functional, regression, and UAT testing
- Openness to and experience with AI/LLM-based testing acceleration
- Ability to prompt and validate outputs from LLM agents for test case and
SQL query generation
