We are seeking a skilled Data Technology Consultant to lead and design impactful large-scale data-driven solutions that align with business goals and data strategies. With a focus on innovation, collaboration and technical excellence, you will drive data strategies, product development and deliver high-value outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve large-scale data-driven solutions
- Lead the definition of the north-star business vision and data strategy
- Own the definition of as-is and to-be states while recommending solutions to maximize business outcomes
- Advise on operating models and required business changes
- Oversee at least one account or client engagement
- Contribute to defining and measuring business value and ROI for medium and large-scale engagements
- Drive medium or large-complexity data product development or lead discovery and migration activities as a Consulting Manager
- Monitor adoption of data products through usage, user satisfaction and monetary impact
- Plan and manage product and engagement team activities
- Produce high-quality deliverables that meet client objectives and are well received
- Define enterprise data strategy and roadmap for BFSI/Retail clients
- Conduct data maturity assessments and architecture reviews
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the data domain including 5+ years as a Data Consultant
- Background in retail domain analytics including demand forecasting, inventory optimization and supply chain analytics
- Expertise with data products covering data modeling and technical design
- Understanding of data governance and data architecture concepts
- Exposure to requirements engineering, solution architecture and systems development
- Knowledge of data and analytics platform architectures, data warehousing and data management
- Capability to design, deploy, troubleshoot and re-platform distributed systems on premises and in the cloud
- Familiarity with architecture design processes including quality attributes, technology selection and estimation
- Competency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
- Background in data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery
- Skills in Python and SQL
- Proficiency with BI analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
