We are hiring for a Team Lead – Data Science to drive data-led decision-making across our India business. In this role, you will leverage large-scale, high-velocity datasets—including demographics, financial behavior, asset information, repayment patterns, mobile interactions,

geolocation, and payment activity—to generate actionable insights. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Risk, Policy, and Technology to influence operational and strategic decisions at city, regional, channel, and national levels.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Data Science who are passionate about applying advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business challenges at scale, improve customer outcomes, and support the continued growth of a rapidly expanding digital

financial services platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team building Machine Learning models to help optimize our operations (specifically underwriting, xsell, upsell, third party products)

• Help the team dig through our extensive datasets to find actionable insights for product, risk and operations teams

• Run experiments to help continuously improve our business and that will help us make major business decisions by applying machine learning, cluster

analysis, and statistical programming disciplines

• Work with Data teams across the company (i.e. product, engineering, finance) on cross- functional projects

• You will ask critical questions about our metrics and crunch the numbers on our existing features to help shape the new features.
