Role Overview
We are looking for a Data & Strategy Intern who sits at the intersection of analytics and
business operations.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will work closely with the Data and
Business teams to drive retailer performance, support strategy discussions, and contribute to real
revenue outcomes.
Unlike traditional internships, this role combines data analysis, stakeholder interaction, and
business thinking — giving you end-to-end exposure to how large-scale partnerships are
managed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Insights
• Pull and analyse retailer performance data (GMV, orders, AOV, category mix, new vs
repeat users) from internal data warehouses (Redshift)
• Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities across retailers
• Support decision-making through data-backed insights
2. Business Strategy & Opportunity Sizing
• Quantify growth opportunities and estimate impact in ₹ using structured assumptions
• Support business cases for retailer conversations and internal planning
• Build structured frameworks to break down open-ended business problems
3. Pitch Decks & Business Communication
• Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and reports for MBRs and QBRs
• Follow internal playbooks for structured storytelling and stakeholder communication
• Draft external communication (emails, meeting notes, follow-ups)
4. Retailer Interaction & Coordination
• Sit in on retailer calls (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
• Work with internal teams to close loops and drive execution
5. Dashboarding & Monitoring
• Maintain dashboards tracking key retailer metrics
• Flag performance issues and anomalies proactively
• Improve reporting structures for efficiency and clarity
6. Cross-Functional Support
• Work directly with the Data Head on high-priority tasks
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and business hypotheses
• Support ad-hoc projects ranging from CEO updates to growth experiments
Required Skills

• Experience with building presentations (consulting / BD / college roles)
• Python for data analysis
• Prior internship or project with measurable outcomes
