Your Role
- Lead enterprise Data Strategy, Data Governance, and MDM initiatives including data maturity assessments, tobe frameworks, roadmaps, master data processes, and data lifecycle governance.
- Analyze data quality, perform data profiling, create key artifacts (assessment reports, maturity scorecards, risk logs), and define enterprise data architecture and usecase/KPI frameworks.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT/OT, and global crossfunctional teams; act as the SPOC for master data management and support strategy, design, testing, and implementation activities.
- Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, nextgen data platforms/tools, and deliver thought leadership (PoVs, research, proposals) while supporting transformative engagements.
Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, Metadata, Data Lineage, and enterprise data frameworks; 3+ years creating data strategy roadmaps.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT/Data Management (MBA preferred) with strong analytical, consulting, communication, and stakeholdermanagement capabilities for CXO interactions.
- Handson experience with data management tools (SQL, ETL, profiling, cataloging), working with large/ unstructured datasets, performing rootcause analysis, and driving datadriven business solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and in agile environments across multiple endtoend data/MDM projects, with industry exposure in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Retail.
