Job Title: Data Strategist
Location: Kochi, Kerala (Onsite)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Data Strategist to oversee and optimize our data architecture and cross-platform integrations. You will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions, enhancing product offerings, and maintaining high standards of data governance for critical client projects, including an online Learning Management System for a UK-based University Group.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Architecture:Design and execute scalable data strategies, data models, and platform integrations aligned with core business goals.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to extract strategic insights; build and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics.
Governance & Security: Implement data security protocols, encryption, and access controls while ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, FERPA).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to embed data insights into product features.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and leadership to data analysts and junior team members.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in data strategy, data architecture, or advanced analytics in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
