About Position:
We are seeking a MDM Data Stewardship with hands on experience in MDM, Tibco, EBX, etc.,

What You'll Do:
- Customer Master Data Operations
- Review, validate, and process customer creation and modification requests in TIBCO EBX.
- Ensure all customer data meets business rules, governance policies, and compliance standards.
- Manage customer hierarchies sold-to, bill-to, ship-to, global/parent relationships.
- Maintain reference data (customer types, segments, regions, classifications, tax identifiers).
- Data Quality & Issue Management
- Monitor data quality dashboards in EBX and address exceptions.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to duplicates, missing attributes, invalid values or failed
- validations.
- Partner with business units to ensure timely remediation of DQ issues.
- Validate key identifiers (VAT numbers, DUNS, regulatory IDs) using approved tools.
- Need to work on interface issues with SFDC team.
- Match/Merge & Golden Record Management
- Review and approve duplicate detection and merge recommendations from EBX.
- Oversee survivorship rules and escalate conflicts to MDM specialists as needed.
- Ensure consolidated golden records meet required data completeness and integrity standards.
- Workflow & Governance Support
- Participate in and support EBX workflow approvals, routing, and SLAs.
- Enforce data governance policies, naming conventions, and attribute-level standards.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 4 to 7 years experience as a Data Steward, Data Analyst, or MDM Operations Specialist.
- Hands-on experience working with TIBCO EBX (workflows, data validations, match/merge, tasks).
- Strong understanding of Customer Master Data in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and Master data processes.
- Good analytical skills for reviewing data anomalies and interpreting root causes.
- Experience working in regulated industries (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharma) preferred.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders.
