About the Role
We're hiring a Data Steward to drive data quality and governance across critical commercial datasets in the life sciences domain. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, reliable data that supports analytics, CRM systems, and business decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and validation
- Manage and standardize HCP/HCO data across systems
- Execute fuzzy matching and deduplication processes
- Identify data issues and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with business stakeholders and analytics teams
- Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in data quality / data operations roles
- Strong Excel and working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with data cleaning, validation, and deduplication
- Familiarity with data sources and relational databases
- Exposure to CRM data quality processes
Nice to Have
- Experience with US Pharma data (HCP/HCO, MDM)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
