This role is for a Data Specialist with experience in big data, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both traditional on-premises and cloud data solutions and will be responsible for working with various data technologies to deliver insightful analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on big data, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics projects.
- Utilize a variety of data technologies, from traditional on-premises solutions to emerging cloud platforms.
- Engage with both established and emerging data technologies to solve complex data challenges.
- Collaborate within a Software Delivery Methodology such as Agile Scrum or SDLC.

Required Skills (Minimum):
- SQL
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- C# and .NET
Preferred Skills:
- Apache Spark (Scala)
- AWS Big Data Stack
- Azure Big Data Stack
- Web Services (SOAP, Rest API)
- R, Machine Learning, and AI Tools
- Data governance, data stewardship, and data privacy enforcement experience.
- DevOps knowledge.
- Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Qualifications
- Experience with data technologies in both established and emerging contexts.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum and SDLC.
- Cloud and Analytics Certifications (preferred but not required):
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- AWS Big Data Specialist
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- Certified Tableau Desktop Specialist
