About the Role:

Role Overview:

The Success Partner will play a critical role in supporting collaboration between Data Management (DM),Data Partnership (DP),Data Stewardship (DS), Data Quality (DQ), and Business Lines (BL). This position focuses on building communication frameworks, driving engagement, and ensuring alignment across teams todeliver onenterprise data initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders while fostering transparency and accountability.

Impact of the Role:

This position is essential for driving engagement, fostering collaboration, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the performance of data teams within the organization. The Success Partner will ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability across EDO Energy Business Partnership & Data Stewardship functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication & Collaboration Framework

  • Partner with Data Management to communicate Business Line priorities, progress, and risks.

  • Create andmaintaina structured communication framework to ensuretimelyupdates.

  • Consolidateactivities supporting each Business Line fromDP,DS, operations, and technologyfacilitateclear communication of updates and importance.

2. Cross-Divisional Engagement

  • Understand and communicate cross-divisional initiativesconsolidateengagement activities by division.

  • Partner with Enterprise Data Initiative to streamline efforts and ensure alignment.

3. Drive Team Engagement & Adoption

  • Organize and manage recurring town halls, including agenda setting and content development.

  • Collaborate with Executive Support and Data Business Operations on broader data activities.

  • Track and report VIBE progress in partnership with HRBPsidentifythemes, action items, and risks.

  • Supportadoptionof GenAI initiatives andsolicitfeedback to improve engagement strategies.

  • Ensure compliance by driving reporting and communication for mandatory items (e.g., training).

4. Relationship Management

  • Serve as a liaison between DM/DP/DS/DQ and Data Business Operationsidentifykey activitiesimpactingperformance and coordinate feedback.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Partner with leadership to measure team performance, health, and progress.

  • Identifygaps and create recommendations for resource prioritization and investment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Familiarity with data management principles and enterprise data initiatives preferred.

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
