Data Solution Architect

We are looking for a Data Solution Architect who will design and deliver scalable, secure, and business aligned technology solutions across CSG Forte's payments, merchant onboarding, revenue, and operational platforms. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business needs into endtoend solution designs that drive growth, efficiency, and compliance.

The Data Solution Architect plays a critical role in defining system architecture, guiding implementation, and ensuring solutions align with Forte's enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and longterm technology roadmap.

We are looking for a Data Solution Architect who will:

• Partner with business leaders, product managers, and technology teams to translate business requirements into endtoend solution architectures
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across applications, data, integrations, and cloud platforms
• Define architecture patterns, integration strategies, and system workflows that support Forte's payments and merchant lifecycle processes
• Lead solution design sessions and technical reviews to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide implementation and resolve complex technical challenges
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and thirdparty solutions aligned with Forte's architecture strategy
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automation, and system performance
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and solution design artifacts
• Support production readiness, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions

Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, application architecture, or senior engineering roles.
• Experience designing enterprisescale solutions in fintech, payments, or regulated environments (preferred).

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, and APIbased designs
• Proficient in SQL, and at least in one of the programming languages Python, C++, Java etc
• Experience with Power bi, Microsoft Fabric , Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience with modern data warehousing architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with data platforms, data integration patterns, and analytics solutions
• Experience evaluating and integrating thirdparty SaaS and vendor platforms
• Understanding security, authentication, authorization, and compliance best practices
• Ability to create clear architecture diagrams and technical documentation

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with executive, technical, and nontechnical stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead crossfunctional design discussions and influence architectural decisions
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a pragmatic approach to solution design
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Proactive mindset toward automation, standardization, and modern architecture practices
