Senior Data Security Consultant
Location: India
Experience: 5+ Years
- We are looking for an experienced Data Security professional to lead and support enterprise data protection initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Proxy/Web Security, and compliance-driven security implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise DLP solutions across Endpoint, Email, Web, and Cloud channels
- Administer and optimize Web/Proxy security tools (Zscaler, Forcepoint, Netskope, etc.)
- Manage the complete DLP policy lifecycle (policy creation, tuning, incident analysis, remediation)
- Conduct risk assessments and support internal/external security audits
- Develop and enforce data security policies aligned with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, SOC, Risk, and Compliance teams
- Provide recommendations to enhance overall data protection posture
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Data Security / Information Security
- Strong hands-on experience with DLP tools (Forcepoint, Symantec, Microsoft Purview, Netskope, Trellix, McAfee, etc.)
- Experience with Proxy/Web Security solutions
- Understanding of data classification, sensitivity labels, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, RBI, etc.)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with DRM or CASB solutions
- Relevant certifications (SC-400, SC-200, CEH, CISSP, etc.)
