Data Scrubber

We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive Data Scrubber to join our Lead Qualifier & Data Scrubber Team in Bangalore. This is a hybrid role where you'll be essential in assisting the Marketing and Inside Sales teams by ensuring the quality and integrity of our customer databases. Your work will directly support sales efforts by providing refined, high-quality contact lists for calling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Scrubbing: Assist the Marketing team by scrubbing and optimizing the SFDC (Salesforce.com) database and other third-party databases.
• Data Integrity: Manage the contact master database in SFDC, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity are maintained. This includes updating market codes and visibility metrics.
• Sales Support: Provide the inside sales team with refined, accurate lists of contacts for both cold and warm calling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Lead Qualification Manager, and Inside Sales teams to assist with all database scrubbing activities.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce.com database optimization is required.
• Language: Expertise in English.
• Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate should have a good telephonic presence, be energetic, and proactive in handling tasks. You'll need to be organized and detail-oriented to maintain data integrity and assist with data management.
