We are looking for an AI Data Scientist to join our analytics and AI team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solution development. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform complex enterprise data into actionable insights and predictive models that support decision-making across functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR, and Commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand problem statements and define analytical approaches.
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end data science and AI solutions.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models including:
- Classification
- Regression
- Forecasting
- Clustering
- Recommendation systems
Required Skills & Experience:
- 45 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Solid understanding of Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning techniques.
- Strong foundation in Statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and probability distributions.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI / Microsoft Fabric, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
