Data Scientist (with experience in banking Domain)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Scientist with banking experience to build models that help the bank cross-sell 

and up-sell products to customers. The person will work directly at the bank's Andheri office. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build and improve propensity models for cross-sell and up-sell. 

• Analyze customer data to find patterns and opportunities. 

• Work with large banking datasets and ensure the data is clean and accurate. 

• Work with business teams to understand requirements and provide insights. 

• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings. 

• Test and improve model performance regularly. 

Skills Required 

• 3–4 years of experience as a Data Scientist. 

• Banking experience is mandatory. 

• Good knowledge of Python, SQL, and machine learning tools. 

• Experience with customer analytics or marketing models. 

• Ability to explain insights clearly to non-technical teams. 

Good to Have 

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). 

• Knowledge of dashboards (Tableau/Power BI)
