Role Overview: Data Scientist Voice AI (RupeeQ)

As a Data Scientist Voice AI at RupeeQ, you will develop and deploy AI-powered STT/TTS voicebot models that optimize customer communication during the debt-resolution lifecycle. You will work closely across teams to build conversational systems that simplify customer journeys, reduce manual dependency, and enable scalable digital settlement experiences.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in Voice AI, Voicebot development, Conversational AI (preferably in fintech or fast-scaling product companies).

Strong knowledge of ASR/STT and TTS model development and deployment.

Hands-on expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

Solid programming skills in Python and experience building or integrating APIs.

Experience deploying ML models in production (AWS / GCP / Azure preferred).

Knowledge of latency optimization, speech error reduction, and real-time model tuning.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver impactful AI-driven customer solutions.
