Job Description: Data Scientist – Decision Intelligence Practice

The Data Scientist will develop and deploy machine learning , Gen-AI, and Agentic AI based solutions.

• Build and maintain machine learning , Gen-AI, and Agentic AI based solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and presales teams for solution ideation and pitches.
• Implement AI/ML workflows using GenAI and Agentic AI where applicable.
• Document and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Jupyter/Colab.
• Knowledge of ML algorithms, NLP basics, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and Agentic frameworks.
• Knowledge of Snowflake would be beneficial.

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
