Data Scientist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI based Data Scientist with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the relevant field. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on data scientist with experience in training and fine-tuning large foundation models in PyTorch, strong deep learning fundamentals, data engineering skills, model evaluation/inference, and solid software engineering practices; Omics data exposure is a plus.

Relevant Experience Desired: 4 to 6 Years

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive end-to-end AI solution development—from experimentation to production deployment
• Design and implement Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows and autonomous decisioning pipelines
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using RAG architectures and foundation models
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate large-scale models (PyTorch-based) for real-world use cases
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI solutions into cloud-native ecosystems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4–6 years of experience in Data Science with strong exposure to deep learning
• Proven hands-on expertise in:

Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines

Agentic AI / autonomous systems / multi-agent frameworks

Model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization

• Strong programming skills in Python & PyTorch, with solid software engineering practices
• Experience in data engineering and handling large datasets
• Exposure to cloud platforms and scalable AI deployment is highly desirable
• Omics / life sciences data experience is a plus
