We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Data Scientist to join our Healthcare Pricing Analytics team. The role focuses on developing advanced predictive and machine learning models to support pricing optimization, margin improvement, reimbursement analytics, and commercial decision-making within the healthcare/pharma ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and model validation with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Commercial Analytics

• Develop analytics solutions for:
• Price sensitivity analysis
• Price elasticity modeling
• Margin prediction
• Reimbursement forecasting
• Revenue and profitability optimization
• Scenario and what-if analysis

Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning

• Build and deploy predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Develop models for forecasting, classification, regression, segmentation, and optimization.
• Apply ML algorithms such as:
• XGBoost, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series Forecasting etc.

Model Validation & Monitoring

• Conduct robust model validation
• Monitor model performance and drift over time.
• Establish model governance, documentation, and monitoring frameworks.
• Ensure explainability and interpretability of predictive models.

Data Engineering & Analytics

• Work with structured and semi-structured healthcare datasets.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and exploration analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business, pricing, finance, and commercial teams to understand business problems.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and presentations for leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
• Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science

Required Technical Skills

• Python (Mandatory), SQL (Mandatory), ETL tools, Advance Excel

Preferred Domain Knowledge

• Healthcare / Pharma pricing analytics
