Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into ML models, algorithms, and technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Build, optimize, and deploy ML & Deep Learning models, including LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.).
- Apply NLP and generative AI techniques to real-world use cases.
- Conduct A/B testing and ensure model quality and performance.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Present insights effectively using strong visualization and storyboarding skills.
- Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advancements and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 28 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or MBA in Data Science/Analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python (R/Java/C++ is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn.
- Expertise in ML, Deep Learning, NLP, neural networks, CNN, RNN, Transformers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience training and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience deploying models in production using AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms & distributed computing.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Matplotlib, Flask, Streamlit.
- Strong communication and storyboarding skills for business presentations.
