Data Scientist – GenAI / Agentic AI
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Chennai / Pune / Bangalore / Coimbatore
Work Mode: Hybrid
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI to design, develop, and scale intelligent AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional and global teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while independently driving projects and mentoring junior team members.
The role covers the complete project lifecycle, including technical discovery, solution design, estimation, planning, development, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Agentic AI and Multi-Agent AI solutions.
- Build and implement MCP servers, agent orchestration frameworks, and A2A communication protocols.
- Develop and optimize GenAI solutions using RAG/CAG architectures.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve LLM-based systems.
- Implement AI guardrails, security controls, observability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
