We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Open Source LLMs, Document Processing, AWS ML stack, and Machine Learning to join our team and drive the development of intelligent, scalable AI solutions.

• Develop and fine-tune Open Source LLMs for NLP, text generation, summarization, and search applications.
• Design and implement document processing pipelines using AI/ML techniques (OCR, NLP, semantic search).
• Work with the AWS ML stack (SageMaker, Bedrock, Textract, Comprehend, etc.) for scalable AI model deployment.
• Build and optimize ML models for structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct research, stay updated with AI/ML advancements, and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our solutions.
• Communicate findings and solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• B.Tech/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with vector databases.
• Familiarity with data engineering for AI workflows.
