Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer with expertise in Python and Pyspark to work on the development and implementation of Generative AI models, LLMs, and Deep Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging AI technologies such as Transformers, NLP, and RAG for building intelligent systems. A solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Deployment processes, along with the ability to visualize data, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI use cases with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Apply Deep Learning techniques (CNN, LSTM, RNN) to develop models that solve real-world problems.
• Leverage Machine Learning algorithms for classification, forecasting, and other AI-driven tasks.
• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including transformers, to develop state-of-the-art language models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Implement end-to-end pipelines with Python and Pyspark, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Work on DevOps and deployment using Docker, CI/CD practices to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Use visualization tools like Power BI and Matplotlib to communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
• Optimize models for production use, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience with Python and Pyspark for AI and data engineering tasks.
• Expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs and RAG.
• Proficiency in Deep Learning models (CNN, LSTM, RNN).
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning techniques (Classification, Forecasting).
• Experience with NLP, specifically Transformers and related models.
• Knowledge of API Development and experience working with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Data visualization skills using Power BI or Matplotlib.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployments.
• Experience working with distributed systems and frameworks.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning or other advanced AI techniques.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
