Supports business planning, execution and evaluation through the aggregation, analysis and interpretation of customer, transaction, product and other relevant data. Performs a wide range of research, analysis, development and interpretation functions to help the company capture relevant data and to understand and derive meaning from large and complex data sets. Creates capabilities based on AI, machine-learning, data mining and statistical processing for the analysis and automated processing of information from a variety of data sources. Partners with key stakeholders to turn data into insights and information to be used for business-focused actions and long-term strategic decisions. Works to ensure company data science applications incorporate state-of-the-art concepts, practices and methodologies.

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, measurement methodologies, and analytical tools and relevant programming languages such as Python, SQL, PySpark
- Experience in applying machine learning algorithms and frameworks to solve realworld problems.
- Ability to design, build, and evaluate predictive models and advanced analytics solutions.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Python visualization libraries).
- Familiarity with data mining, data wrangling, and handling large or complex data sets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with statistical tools, programming languages (Python, PySpark), and machine learning technologies.
- Prior experience working crossfunctionally with business teams to translate analytics into strategic recommendations.
- Experience requirements may vary depending on job level (e.g., Associate through Senior Principal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in service innovation, customer analytics, or product performance analytics.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud-based data environments
- Experience with Prompt engineering
- Experience with CI/CD and work in agile work environments
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders or contributing to enterpriselevel analytics
strategies (for higherlevel roles).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Data Science.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
