Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL
• Strong expertise in A/B Testing, Hypothesis Testing, and Experimentation
• Good understanding of Statistics, Statistical Inference, and Causal Analysis
• Experience in Machine Learning / ML Modelling
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, storytelling, and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
• Experience with Tableau will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze A/B tests, experiments, and quasi-experiments
• Apply statistical methods to derive actionable business insights
• Build and/or deploy machine learning models as required
• Analyze complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns
• Present data-driven insights to business and senior stakeholders
• Develop scalable and reusable measurement frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making

The role requires a strong combination of statistical expertise, experimentation, machine learning, business understanding, and stakeholder management.
