Job Title: Data Science Engineer AI/ML

L&T Technology Services is seeking a Android Developer (Experience range - 5+ years) of experience, proficient in:

We are looking for an experienced Data Science AI & Gen AI with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision-Language Models (VLMs), NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. The ideal candidate will develop nextgeneration AI solutions, build scalable ML systems, and operationalize advanced generative AI models. Experience in Python, RapidMiner, and MLOps will be a strong advantage.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong development experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, VLMs, NLP, and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and ML lifecycle.
• Experience with RapidMiner for end-to-end ML workflows.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience implementing RAG-based systems, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).
• Experience in MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML.
• Exposure to Vision-Language Models (e.g., CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA).
• Knowledge of model safety, bias detection, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience building APIs (FastAPI, Flask) and microservices.
