Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Scientist, based in Delhi. We are looking for a talented and hands-on Data Scientist who has strong experience in LLM-based systems, Vector Databases, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic frame works LangChain, LangGraph. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and deploying intelligent AI-driven applications for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop RAG pipelines, Agentic RAG workflows, and LLM-powered automation tools.

Build knowledge retrieval systems using vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).

Develop AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, ensuring robust orchestration and tool execution.

Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs and embeddings models for domain-specific tasks.

Implement prompt engineering, context optimization, and memory management within agent workflows.

Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

Analyze large datasets, build ML models, and deploy them in scalable production environments.

Maintain and optimize model performance, latency, token usage, and cost-efficiency.

Document architecture, workflows, and operational guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Data Science and Data Analytics
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Data Visualization
  • Solid understanding of Statistics and statistical modeling
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
  • Experience with big data tools and platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks is beneficial
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
