Job Description :

Must have skills:

5+ years of experience in Data Science / AI

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Strong experience using Python, SQL (SLQ*) and statistical programming languages

Hands‑on experience working with large datasets to extract meaningful insights

In‑depth knowledge of statistical techniques, including:

• Regression analysis
• Properties of distributions
• Statistical tests & correct usage

Strong experience with Machine Learning algorithms, including:

• Regression & simulation
• Scenario analysis & modeling
• Clustering & decision trees
• Neural networks

Ability to host ML models and expose them as APIs

Strong communication & presentation skills to explain complex analyses to non‑technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on cutting‑edge AI solutions in partnership with leading businesses

• Propose innovative AI approaches and adapt quickly in a dynamic learning environment

• Build AI algorithms and design experiments to:

• Merge, manage, and analyze data
• Extract actionable insights and create tailored reports

• Apply predictive modeling to optimize:

• Customer experience
• Revenue generation
• Ad targeting
• Other key business outcomes

• Champion Explainable & Responsible AI practices

• Conduct research and develop prototypes & proof‑of‑concepts (POCs)

• Identify opportunities to reuse datasets, models, and insights across teams

• Inspire others by clearly articulating the value and impact of AI solutions
