Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SeniorData Scientist with 812 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in predictive modeling, deep learning, statistical analysis, and cloud-based ML deployments, along with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models for forecasting, classification, regression, and segmentation.
- Build and customize deep learning NLP and multimodal AI systems, implementing advanced ML algorithms and custom loss functions.
- Apply statistical modeling, experimentation, A/B testing, and causal analysis to drive insights and optimize models.
- Validate, monitor, and optimize models in production, while defining and tracking KPIs and product metrics.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Implement agentic AI workflows using LLMs and ensure best practices in ML lifecycle management and cloud deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 812 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI, with strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn; TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Expertise in SQL, relational databases, data warehousing, and large-scale ML workflows using Databricks.
- Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, experimentation, causal analysis, and production-ready ML deployments.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and microservices-based ML architectures.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and support end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Exposure to enterprise-level AI deployments and scalable ML architecture.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
