Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Data Analytics to join our team in Pune or Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, well-versed in the latest AI/ML and data trends, and possess a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. Candidates must hold a Bachelor s, Master s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and have hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering.

This role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. The candidate should have expertise in statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and complex machine learning algorithms.

 Proficiency in Python, R, or Java and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn are essential. Experience in data preprocessing, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model evaluation is required, along with specialization in NLP, particularly in areas like Transformers and HuggingFace.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for working with cross-functional teams. The ability to lead projects independently and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
