Job Description

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices

Drive the design and development of innovative AI/ML models focusing on automation and operational excellence in customer support and experience.
Manage end-to-end project execution, from planning and data collection to model prototyping and deployment, while effectively communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Apply broad knowledge of ML/AI capabilities and the latest generative AI technologies to identify growth areas, new and emerging opportunities. Conducts research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Recommends strategies by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Shares highly complex information related to areas of expertise. Interacts with senior management to keep abreast of objectives. Interacts with peers to interpret information and improve cross-functional processes and programs. Builds and enhances key internal and external contacts.

What youll bring:

Masters degree or more advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in Computer Science or statistics or engineering or related field
Strong understanding ofdeep learning concepts and their applications in NLP.
Awareness of software engineering principles, ability to develop and deploy appropriate analytic code suitable for production.
Working knowledge of CI/CD and MLOps
Prior experience in building applications powered by modern generative AI technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to apply AI/ML techniques to real-world problems.
Strong growth mindset and a passion for staying updated with the latest developments in the AI/ML community.
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
