3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Python.

Strong proficiency in Python and object-orientated programming.

Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.

Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with Docker for containerisation.

Experience with microservices architecture.

Familiarity with Vibe coding tools.

Get-it-done mindset: comfortable diving into new technologies, quickly learning what's needed, and shipping reliable solutions.

Good to Have

Experience and understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications.

Innovation: Ability to think creatively about how to apply GenAI to improve and

innovate within the payment technology space.

Experience in using any AI Agent framework and Agentic building patterns,

Experience in prompt engineering

Experience in developing GenAI RAG systems
