Data Scientist-Gen AI

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist – Gen AI to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in LLMs, RAG, and advanced machine learning, and are passionate about building intelligent systems, this role is for you!

Location: Gurugram / Noida (Hybrid – 3 days/week mandatory)

Experience: 5–9 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (Currently serving notice preferred)

Key Skills Required:

• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• LLM Fine-tuning
• Vector Databases & Embeddings
• LangChain, LLaMA, Transformers
• Strong Python & SQL skills
• Experience with Databricks or similar platforms
• Exposure to Palantir (Good to have)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Science & Modelling

• Independently deliver end-to-end data science projects (data collection, analysis, modelling)
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
• Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models
• Work with LLMs along with traditional NLP techniques

2. Insight Generation & Communication

• Extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
• Present findings using visualizations and storytelling techniques
• Drive business decisions through data-backed recommendations

3. Collaboration & Integration

• Partner with data engineering teams for seamless pipeline integration
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing

4. Tools & Technology

• Use Python libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib) for analysis and modelling
• Work in cloud environments like Databricks
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Build dashboards using visualization tools
