Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data science solutions, optimizing large-scale data pipelines.
- Architect and train advanced machine learning models (deep learning, reinforcement learning, ensemble methods).
- Apply predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques to derive actionable business insights.
- Manage the full lifecycle of data science projects—from data acquisition and EDA to model deployment and monitoring.
- Build and maintain MLOps workflows, including training, deployment, versioning, and performance monitoring.
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate the effectiveness of models and solutions.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Python, R, and data science libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Strong experience with ML frameworks: XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Skilled in building scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark, Dask
- Proficiency with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Hands-on knowledge of MLOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent data visualization skills using Tableau, Plotly Dash, or similar tools
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or real-time data streaming (Kafka, Flink)
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI practices
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong research/publication record
