About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building predictive models, developing scalable ML solutions, analyzing large datasets, and translating business problems into data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain Machine Learning and Statistical models for business use cases.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Python.
• Design and implement predictive analytics, classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation models.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model development and deployment.
• Conduct feature engineering, model validation, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply model governance and best practices to ensure model accuracy and scalability.
• Support model deployment in production environments and monitor performance.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python ( XGBoost, Linear regression).
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex queries, joins, CTEs, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
