Job Description:

Advanced Analytics & Data Science Execution:

Lead high-impact AI and data science projects, including intelligent process automation and AI-enabled decision support.

Enhance customer interactions across all products and channels through AI-driven customer experience management (e.g., Next Best Conversation, Customer Engagement Engines).

Bring in emerging AI and data science advancements, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the Data Science team.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges and design AI and data science solutions that drive measurable improvements in revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Communicate complex data science concepts effectively across technical teams and senior executives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Drive AI initiatives that result in tangible business benefits, such as increased revenue, reduced costs, higher customer satisfaction, and fewer complaints.

Promote the value of AI and data science across the organization, demonstrating impact through executive presentations, prototypes, and showcases.

Contribute to the evolution of AI and data science platforms, tools, and processes to ensure best-in-class analytical capabilities.

Ensure high-quality AI solutions by maintaining best practices, governance frameworks, and ethical AI standards in all initiatives.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Data Science team, enabling the adoption of AI-driven strategies across the business.
