Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong AI/ML expertise to drive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-led innovation across business functions. The role will focus on developing scalable machine learning solutions, leveraging structured and unstructured data, and delivering actionable insights to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Build models for Risk modeling, Customer segmentation,Forecasting and optimization
• Explore large datasets to extract patterns, trends, and insights
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering
• Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, etc.)
• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and use cases
• Integrate models into production environments using APIs or pipelines
• Exposure of model deployment (MLOps)
• Hands on Experience on Agentic AI workflows would be plus.

• Feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning
• Model evaluation metrics

• MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, etc.)
• Agentic Workflow (Nice to Have)

Experience with:
