We are looking for a passionate and analytical Data Scientist with 13 years of hands-on experience to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, building models, and deriving actionable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate insights
Build and evaluate machine learning models
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business problems
Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
Optimize and improve existing models and pipelines
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Basic to intermediate understanding of Machine Learning algorithms
Experience with SQL and databases
Knowledge of Statistics & Probability
Familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebook, Git, Excel
Basic understanding of Data Visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau good to have)
