Data Scientist

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and data-driven Data Scientist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about solving complex business problems using data, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical analysis.

As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and Operations teams to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets, build predictive models, generate actionable insights, and develop AI-driven solutions that improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.

Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.

Develop, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.

Design experiments and analyze results to support business decision-making.

Monitor model performance and continuously improve prediction accuracy.

Research and implement the latest AI, machine learning, and data science techniques.

Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
