Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Data Scientist with at least 2+ years of experience. The Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and implementing models, performing data analysis, and generating actionable insights from large datasets. Additional tasks will include creating data visualizations, applying statistical methods, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive data-driven decision-making. The role will involve leveraging data analytics, AI, NLP, and computer vision techniques to improve healthcare operations, quality measures, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Science or related roles
  • Proficiency in Data Science with experience in advanced modeling, machine learning, computer vision, and generative AI techniques
  • Strong understanding of Statistics, Data Analysis, and LLM-based workflows for deriving meaningful insights
  • Skills in Data Analytics and Data Visualization tools to convey insights effectively
  • Familiarity with AI, NLP, LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and computer vision technologies is necessary
  • Experience with healthcare data is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
