Duties And Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows for AI/ML tasks.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on model performance, data issues, and system
failures; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for AI/ML applications.
- Build, document, and maintain backend APIs using FastAPI to support real-time and
batch inference services.
- Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques for text classification, image
classification, and other predictive tasks.
- Develop and integrate NLP models for tasks such as sentiment analysis,
summarization, entity recognition, and more.
- Use YOLO, OpenCV, and OCR libraries (e.g., Tesseract, EasyOCR) for computer vision
applications.
- Leverage Generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini) to create
intelligent interfaces and solutions.
- Manipulate and visualize data using NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Work with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) for scalable data storage and
retrieval.
- Operate and deploy solutions effectively in Linux-based environments.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Follow through on assigned action items, timelines, and deliverables in an Agile
delivery model.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong AI Engineer / Data Scientist / Generative AI profile.
- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and AI-driven applications.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have strong hands-on experience in Python programming and backend development in Linux environments.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have proven experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, text classification, image classification, and predictive modeling projects.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have hands-on experience with Computer Vision technologies such as YOLO, OpenCV, OCR, Tesseract, and EasyOCR
- Mandatory (Experience 5) - Must have strong experience in building and maintaining scalable APIs and inference services using FastAPI.
- Mandatory (Experience 6) - Must have hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Mandatory (Experience 7) - Must have experience working with ETL pipelines, data processing, NumPy, Pandas, and data handling workflows.
- Mandatory (Experience 8) - Must have experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
- Mandatory (Skill 1) - Must have hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools/models such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude, or LLaMA
- Mandatory (Skill 2) - Must have strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, RCA experience, and ability to independently resolve complex technical issues
- Mandatory (CTC) - The CTC breakup offered will be 75% fixed + 25% variable, as per company policy.
- Mandatory ( Age ) Candidate Should be Below 28 Years.
- Preferred (Experience 1) - Experience with MLOps practices, model monitoring, and production deployment of AI/ML systems.
- Preferred (Experience 2) - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and scalable deployment architecture.
- Preferred (Experience 3) - Experience working in Agile squads, POD delivery models, and fast-paced engineering environments.
- Preferred (Company) - Candidates from AI-first startups, product companies, SaaS organizations, fintech, or data-driven technology companies.
