We are looking for a Data Scientist who understands that models are only valuable when they solve real business problems. This role is for someone who can move seamlessly from raw data to insights, from experimentation to production-ready solutions.
You will work on complex datasets, design intelligent models, and influence decision-making at scale. This is not a reporting role - it's about thinking deeply, modeling intelligently, and delivering measurable impact.
What You Will Do
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and opportunities
- Design, build, and validate statistical and machine learning models for real-world use cases
- Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined analytical solutions
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deploy models into production
- Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and performance evaluation
- Build experimentation frameworks and measure model impact post-deployment
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously improve models using feedback, monitoring, and new data
What We're Looking For
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning
- Hands-on experience with Python / R and data science libraries
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
- Solid understanding of model evaluation, bias, variance, and interpretability
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large datasets
- Experience collaborating with Data Engineers to operationalize models
- Familiarity with cloud-based data and ML platforms
