Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and statistical techniques.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business to define analytics requirements.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data preprocessing, and feature engineering workflows.
• Conduct experiments, validate models, and monitor performance of deployed models.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in analytics and modeling.
• Stay up-to-date with latest research and emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and data science.

Required Qualifications:

• 912 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; PhD preferred.
