Data Scientist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist / ML Specialist to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves working with large-scale data, developing machine learning models, and optimizing them for performance and scalability in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights.
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Optimize ML models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate data into solutions.
• Design and implement data pipelines and workflows.
• Validate models using statistical techniques and performance metrics.
• Communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, visualization, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with big data tools and distributed computing is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
