Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and analytical
Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Python, Machine Learning, and Statistics with the ability to analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and deliver data-driven business solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning models.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and business insights.
- Design data pipelines and automate data processing workflows.
- Work closely with engineering and business teams to understand requirements.
- Optimize model performance through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights.
- Monitor production ML models and improve their accuracy over time.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms
- Strong knowledge of Statistics and Probability
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of SQL and database querying
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Power BI
- Understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation, and model deployment
- Familiarity with Git and version control
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of relevant industry experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
