About The Role
Job Title: Data Scientist
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain existing Python-based data science codebase.
- Build and implement machine learning models including feature engineering, model development, and evaluation.
- Retrieve and integrate data using APIs for analysis and modeling.
- Work with semi-structured and unstructured ESG datasets to extract insights.
- Perform data wrangling, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to add new functionalities and improve data science workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python for data science.
- Hands-on experience in machine learning model development and evaluation.
- Experience with feature engineering, data preprocessing, and data wrangling.
- Experience working with APIs for data retrieval and integration.
- Ability to work with semi-structured or unstructured datasets, preferably ESG-related.
- Experience maintaining or improving existing Python codebases.
Desired Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience working with ESG datasets or sustainability-related data.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and automation for data processing.
- Experience working in collaborative data science or analytics teams
