looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead with a strong background in Python and software engineering to work on agent-based systems development. The role focuses more on building and integrating intelligent agents rather than core data science or pure generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML-based agent systems
• Build and integrate intelligent agents into applications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for solution implementation
• Drive decision-making in technical design and architecture
• Ensure smooth integration of ML components into production systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of overall experience in software engineering AI/ML (Infrastructure Engineer )
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in AI/ML or agent-based systems
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience in Cloud (AWS , GCP , Azure )
• Experience with Databricks (mandatory)
• Good understanding of machine learning concepts
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Generative AI (not mandatory, but can be a plus)
• Experience in agent building frameworks/tools
• Understanding of ML integration in real-world applications

Additional Notes:

• This role is more focused on agent building and integration, not traditional data science
• Generative AI is not a core requirement, but related exposure is beneficial
• Strong implementation and leadership skills are essential
